Four/Four's Workflows feature is a visual automation engine that lets your team build multi-step processes triggered by conversations, insights, or a schedule - without writing a single line of code. Whether you need to route feedback to the right people, generate topic models on a cadence, or flag critical issues in Jira, Workflows handles it automatically.

Here's what you can automate:

• Smart triggers: Start a workflow when a new conversation is processed, when a specific type of insight is extracted, or on a daily, weekly, or monthly schedule. Combine triggers with filters to target exactly the conversations or insights you care about.
• AI-powered logic: Use the AI Analyst node to ask questions about conversations or insights within a workflow. Use AI conditional routing to branch your workflow based on whether a conversation mentions a specific topic, contains a complaint, or meets any criteria you define in natural language.
• Labels and topics: Automatically apply or remove labels, and generate topic models from filtered insights - keeping your data organised without manual effort.
• Team notifications: Route results to Slack channels, send email summaries, post comments to Jira issues, or fire webhooks to external systems. Each output node can be customised to deliver exactly what your team needs.
• Batch processing: Loop through multiple conversations or insights in a single workflow run, applying the same logic to each item - ideal for weekly digests or bulk labelling.
